Problem

The API key sent more than 100 requests in a 10-second window to the PDF or stored file endpoints: createPdf, createStoredImage, and createStoredPdf. The API sends status 400 with the message You are rate limited, please wait until followed by a time. createImage and signed URLs report the same condition as RATE_LIMITED.

Solution

Follow the steps on the RATE_LIMITED page. Quota and limits lists which endpoints share a counter.
